Nothing to Report

I have nothing to report, because nothing is happening.

Yet.

It appears obvious that we are in a recession.  Unemployment is increasing, inflation has fallen but remains high, and the Fed will be cutting interest rates next month.

And yet, the markets are hanging in there.

I have no idea what that means, so I’m sitting on the sidelines.

Also, it’s the summer (for two more weeks), so take advantage of it.  Ignore the market.  We can worry about it in September.

So I have nothing to report.
