I have just picked up a sizable position in Breakwater. This is a profitable base/precious metals company. It is consistently a top high volume stock on the TSX. And I feel that it will bounce off of this new 52-week low. This will be a longer term hold, as I like the fundamentals and profitability. This will double in the year guaranteed. And one can take big positions because your volume won't pop the stock. If you want out, the volume is so thick, you won't take a big loss.
Only profitable volumous pureplay of base/precious metals down still.
Though why would it break new lows? Don't know, don't care. I have seen companies taking over others take a hit before a pop. Perhaps much the same case here?
