Recommendation: Wait until downtrends are broken before buying.
In the last year there have been three up-trends (see the blue lines) starting around December, April, and June. Unfortunately the uptrends have been followed by severe down trends, so I see no reason to do any buying until that changes.
If you like risk, start buying around $35. If not, wait until a new high is reached.
