Recommendation: Buy
Silver stocks are traditionally strong at this time of year, and Pan American Silver Corp. has been on a nice run since the summer, so I rate it as a buy.
A conservative investor could wait until a high for the year is reached at $32.13, however since the MACD is not too bad, and the rest looks good, I see no problem with making some purchases now. I don’t currently own this stock, but I plan to buy a half position on Monday.
